"I Love This Show"
I'm here. I'm just inundated with/addicted to/binging on Invader ZIM at the moment. I want to huggle and squish and snuggle G.I.R. Eeeeee!
My first comment on Zim was that it reminded me of "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy." Funny that, since they share a lead voice actor. Richard Steven Horvitz voiced both Zim and Billy. Zim debuted March 30, 2006. Billy and Mandy debuted August 24th, 2006. It makes me wonder. And I might get stoned for this, but I think Gaz is just a shadow of Mandy.
On the anime front... I tried getting into Azumanga Daioh, and while it's funny, it doesn't have that "must watch next episode" addictive quality that other comedic animes have, like Ranma 1/2.
