Buffalo Chicken Pizza

This recipe was modified from the one found here at AllRecipes.

Except my modified version won't give you a heart attack. That is way too much chicken (and definitely way too much cheese and salad dressing) for one pizza! Plus, I didn't feel that the melted butter was adding anything... I assure you my version was excellently tasty! Serve with a side of celery for a familiar treat.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
---------
1-2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and cubed
2 oz hot sauce
Bleu cheese salad dressing
1 (16 inch) prepared pizza crust (Boboli)
4oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
---------

1. Preheat oven as indicated on crust packaging (usually 450F).

2. Cover pizza crust with bleu cheese dressing (as if it were pizza sauce).

2. In a small bowl, combine the cubed chicken and hot sauce. Mix well. Top pizza with chicken mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

3. Bake in preheated oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 5 to 10 minutes. Let set a few minutes before slicing, and serve.

YUM!!!
